Our partner Isabel Garcia Calich da Fonseca is among the speakers at the Global Tax Symposium 2023 (GTS 2023), supported by the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law – IBDT and the Department of Economic and Financial Law at the University of São Paulo – USP.
The GTS 2023 will take place at the Commercial Association of São Paulo, on December 4th and 5th, 2023. It is an international event that allows academics from different universities around the world to interact and discuss current topics of international taxation.
The select themes covered by this symposium are: Pillar II – Challenges of its implementation in developed and developing countries; Wealth Taxation- recent experiences; Offshore finance and taxation; Tax reform in Brazil – Income tax and Consumption tax; Transfer pricing – current issues; and Multilateralism.
